Throughout my career in human resource management and my ongoing commitment to volunteerism, I repeatedly witnessed the lack of HR services available to nonprofits and smaller businesses. In discussions with these organizational leaders, it was clear this void often created significant challenges and impeded their ability to address critical people-related issues required to meet business objectives.
In situations where the traditional approach of hiring a full-time HR professional is impractical and major HR service providers offer overly comprehensive, expensive, and time-consuming solutions, HighRoad Atlanta is here to help.
I am dedicated to understanding the unique requirements of your business as well as the challenges for which you are trying to solve. Crafting applicable solutions that align with essential cultural and workforce components will ensure your organization can attain the impactful, sustainable results it needs.

A BIT ABOUT ME
I recognize that a one-size-fits-all HR solution doesn't typically work for a smaller organization and off-the-shelf options often include unnecessary complexity and costs.
What sets me apart is my commitment to learning your unique needs and crafting flexible solutions that truly align with your business, culture, and workforce dynamics. My goal is to be a business partner who can help you rectify current challenges so your organization can thrive in a way that is authentic to who you are.
Having grown-up here, I am deeply rooted in Atlanta and grateful for the personal and professional communities of which I'm a part. Alongside my husband, I reside in the heart of the city, where we've created our own unique petting zoo. Our family includes several rescues - 2 dogs and 2 cats plus a long lineage of fantail goldfish.
Volunteerism and philanthropy are guiding principles in my life. My dog, Annabelle, is a great partner in my work with hospice patients. I also find solace and rejuvenation in Vinyasa yoga which helps me refocus on the importance of balance when life gets hectic.

VOLUNTEERISM & PHILANTHROPY

These endeavors have provided me with a broader perspective and connections to a diverse community. They've opened my eyes to the challenges faced by both humans and animals. As a result, I've cultivated a strong sense of compassion and a relentless drive for action. I don't see volunteerism and philanthropy as choices; they're imperatives.
My volunteer activities primarily revolve around causes that resonate deeply with me:
ANIMAL RESCUE & ADVOCACY
A lifelong dedication to the well-being of animals, with a special focus on rescues.
WILDLIFE PROTECTION AND HABITAT CONSERVATION
A commitment to safeguarding our natural world for generations to come.
HUMAN SERVICES
A belief in the power of human connection and support in times of need.
CHILD WELFARE
